SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Terms of shipping and payment

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation and proforma invoice.
On request the shipping cost will be included in the proforma invoice.

Shipment will be made as per you requested by sea freight, air freight, Postal EMS, Fedex courier or alternative or own forwarder.
Freight cost depend on the choice of shipping and the country of the destination

Shipment is always ex Bangkok

The order will be send within latest 30 days after receive of order and payment.
Payment is in advance.
Payment is made to our account in Thailand or Germany via bank transfer. Or alternative via Western Union
The bank details will be shown in the proforma invoice.

The goods are send in a free package and they come with a packing list of the send articles.
The articles will be packed in a plastic bag and if requested on hangers.There is no additional charge for the hangers.

You will receive the shipping details ,tracking no. etc. one to two days before the shipment is send.

The minimum order value for a first order is 500.- euro ( 550.- US dollar)
Reorders have no minimum amount.
